All transactions on sp999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sp999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though very large deposits may require additional verification at sp999's discretion.

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• sp999 does not accept deposits from credit cards used to obtain a cash advance. Deposits must come from legitimately owned funds.
• Deposits are credited to your sp999 balance in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 15 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours depending on your bank's processing.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days.

Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. • Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the platform has returned a "Bet Confirmed" notification. Verbal or informal bet placements are not recognised.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets, except where live betting odds are still changing and the bet has not yet been accepted.
• Postponed matches: If a match is postponed before kick-off or before the starting whistle, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Rescheduled fixture bets do not automatically carry over.
• Abandoned matches: Bets on a match abandoned before 90 minutes of play (football) are voided unless the relevant result was already determined — for example, a first goalscorer bet where the goal was scored before abandonment.

• Parlay and accumulator bets that include a voided selection will be resettled with the voided selection removed and the remaining legs evaluated at their original odds.

All casino games and fish shooting games on sp999 operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Outcome probabilities and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published in each game's information section.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Disconnections or technical issues during a game session are handled according to the game's recovery protocol — interrupted rounds where no outcome was determined will be refunded.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and the account may be suspended.
